  • Excise-tax computation, minimum-distribution monitoring, and carry-forward tracking
  • Review of self-dealing, excess-business-holdings, and jeopardizing-investment exposure
  • Coordination with legal counsel for IRS § 507(b)(1)(A) terminations or reorganizations
  • Representation before the IRS or California Attorney General when required
